Adobe Interview Process

Though Adobe's Talent Acquisition Team follows a very flexible interview process, it goes through several stages to filter out the best human asset for the company. 

Adobe follows two methods for interviews:

  • For Fresher - Off campus channels or campus recruitment drives

  • For Experienced Professional - Adobe's Career Portal


Now let us look at the detailed interview process this company follows to hire the right candidate for the right position.

  1. Telephonic Interview

Initially, a telephonic interview is conducted between the interviewer and the candidate. The interviewer familiarizes the candidate with a brief introduction about the company and the positions applied. 

Then a tree interview questions session follows where the recruiter inquires about prior work experience, technical skills, and domain knowledge. The interviewer will also answer your queries related to the role, the team, or Adobe. This interview round goes for around 30 minutes in general.


  1. Interview with Hiring Manager

If you pass the first round, the recruiter will schedule another telephonic interview with the Hiring Manager. Firstly the manager discusses your resume or CV. He will throw you several questions to assess your leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and whether the candidate is a culture fit for the company or not. 


The manager will also ask you about Adobe's Core Values and demonstrate examples from your personal experiences of how you incorporate those values. 


Before this interview round, we advise you to brush up on your knowledge about Adobe's values, beliefs, mission, vision, and culture. He will also talk about the applied job and its scope.


  1. Technical Assessment

After you successfully crack the second round, you will receive a link for an online technical assessment as your third interview round. Depending on the position you have applied for, you will receive your assessment.  


However, for most positions, a questionnaire format assessment is conducted. 

It consists of 65 questions, divided into two parts:

  • The Aptitude and logic section includes 45 questions with 45 minutes allotted time. This test will assess the quantitative and logic-based reasoning and the IQ Level of the candidate.

  • The Technical and coding section includes 15-20 questions with 75-120 minutes allotted time. This test will assess the knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and programming languages.


  1. On-site Interview

After you crack the technical assessment, you must prepare for a technical interview. The interview consists of four rounds including a system design interview, an object-oriented design interview, and two coding rounds. However, coding is necessary only for software engineers.


  1. HR Interview

Finally, the company will call you for an onsite face-to-face HR interview after you clear the technical interview round. This round includes the behavioral, situational, and personal question-answer session.
